Beliefs

English is not better than other languages.

English is a tool that can be used to enhance your business and your ability to network.

Non-native speakers are just as important to the evolution of language as native speakers are, especially in English.

Learning to accept your current limitations will help you improve more quickly.

Grammar rules are guidelines to help you be understood, but they are broken by everyone in varying degrees.

If you have a genuine interest in something, you absolutely can learn it.

You are not a bad student— you just need to fall in love with the language again.

The best method for learning a language is the one that fits your lifestyle, including your schedule, personality, and level of anxiety.

Hello! I'm Kei.

I'm a language lover who struggled to learn languages for years. I thought I was doing things correctly, but whenever I spoke,

I failed... A LOT.

It was embarrassing for a long time. So, I worked harder, studied more grammar, watched TV series, and took a lot of language lessons. Nothing seemed to help me.

Being socially anxious and an introvert made it difficult for me to talk to new people, participate in classrooms, and strengthen my language skills.

I realized that I couldn't improve my second language until I understood how I naturally communicate in English.

Introverts need a different approach that traditional classrooms don't usually offer.

I've discovered that changing your perspective on the language learning process will open new doors for you.

When staff in hospitality cannot communicate in English, the guests leave feeling unheard and unsatisfied.

A lot of time and money are wasted due to language barriers.

Unfortunately, hotels and other lodgings struggle to find adequate courses that focus on industry needs and that work around their staff's busy schedules.

At CertaLingual, we are working closely with teams around the world to find practical and affordable solutions to their problems.
